Suzannart ships worldwide. At the checkout, the shipping cost is calculated automatically when you enter your address. The items are sent within 1 to 3 days from the day your order is placed. Every parcel has a tracking number that will be provided to you, so you can see the progress of your order throughout the trip up to your mailbox. I will personally send you an email with the tracking number when the shipment will be sent.
When should I expect my product to arrive?
Depending of your location. Here are a guideline for the length of time needed for the shipment to arrive:
- For local shipping (British Columbia) it takes 3 to 5 business days.
- For shipping in Canada, it usually goes between 6 to 10 business days to arrive. If you want to get it faster (3 to 5 days) express shipping is an option too. Send an email or communicate with me through the Contact page to specify if you want the express method.
- For international shipment, this can take from 2 to 3 weeks and, depending on your country’s policies, the parcel could be hold at the border for extra days. You can verify this with the tracking number.

Suzannart ensures that the product that is sent to you is 100% what you’ve seen on the pictures. Most of the pieces are unique, so there are no surprise when you open the box of your piece of art.
What if my product arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
If, for some reason, the product had been damaged, you can send it back and have a 100% refund of the cost of the product and the fees of the return shipping. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 30 days of the purchase. Merchandise that has been used, worn or altered will not be accepted for the return. It is important to include the receipt of your purchase in the shipment. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. What if I want to exchange my product?
If you wish to make an exchange, it is also within 30 days of the purchase. The product you send back has to be in its original condition and package (not worn, use or altered) or else the exchange will not be accepted. You will have to pay for the return shipping cost.
