Crystals hold they specific vibrations (because everything in life has its own vibration). Theirs are super steady and therefore can help one return to a state of balance by having the energy of crystals interacting with their own.

They can also prevent dis-eases by balancing our etheric body and getting rid of blockages and traumas before we develop a dis-ease.
